what will be your mission
* organize truck transport, making sure orders are prepared, allocated, and routed in the best possible way
* coordinate deliveries to meet client needs and payment terms
* expect proactive communication with clients and carriers via email and phone
* ordering transport services from carriers and assigning shipments to them
* monitoring and tracking shipments, and keeping clients informed about their status, will be a key part of your day
* when problems arise with shipments, you'll be the one to solve them
* actively look for opportunities to optimize costs and add value whenever possible
* tracking and resolving freight claims is also on your plate
* ensuring and improving the quality of all services and processes is important to us
* regular updating of all data into our internal system is key
who we are looking for
* previous experience in logistics, customer service, or a call center
* excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
* you're autonomous, but also a true team player
* you're proactive and have a dynamic personality
* French is a daily must-have, so you need it at a truly communicative level!
* you have a strong motivation to work in logistics and a great interest in transportation
* you're a user of MS Outlook and MS Excel
* work permit
