your mission & key impact
As the Head of Business Development, you will be a key executive player with a direct impact on the company’s strategic direction, focusing on revenue generation and organizational development
* define and achieve ambitious commercial and profitability targets (KPIs)
* lead critical business negotiations and actively support Business Development Managers
* represent the company at a professional level, building long-term strategic partnerships
* lead, mentor, and develop the Business Development team
* plan and manage the departmental budget and report on results
* establish efficient internal processes to ensure a seamless flow of information between Sales, Marketing, and Service teams
* be responsible for the quality of CRM data and leverage it strategically for departmental management and executive decision-making
your profile
* experience: demonstrable experience leading commercial teams and driving strategic business development
* leadership skills: the ability to strategically plan, negotiate, influence, and motivate others
* education: University degree (Economic or Technical focus is a plus).
* languages: active and necessary knowledge of Czech (B2) and English (C1).
* bonus languages: knowledge of Russian or Spanish (B2) is a significant advantage.
* financial & legal awareness: solid understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and contractual issues
* essentials: valid B-category driving license and impeccable reputation (integrity)
