PQA (Product Quality Assurance) Brno

For our client, a company specializing in digitalization, automation, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, we are looking for a new colleague for a project with an electron microscope manufacturer for the position of PQA (Product Quality Assurance).

What you’ll do
* Ensure the quality of electron microscopes (SEM, TEM, DualBeam) throughout their lifecycle
* Approve technical documentation and define quality standards
* Support testing and validation before products reach the market
* Collaborate with development and production teams on hardware/software issues and root cause analysis
* Monitor product reliability and customer feedback, mainly in the semiconductor industry
* Help manufacturing improve tests, calibrations, and corrective actions
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives using standard quality tools


What we expect
* University degree in a technical field (electrical engineering, physics, mechanics, mechatronics, quality, etc.)
* Experience in quality engineering in high-tech or electronics
* Knowledge of quality methods (8D, RCA, FMEA, CAPA)
* Understanding of complex systems combining mechanics, electronics, optics, vacuum, and software
* English at B2/C1 level
* Knowledge of Czech is not required, but is an advantage
