Business Data Analyst Praha 8

We are looking for a data-driven professional who enjoys working with large datasets and turning them into clear dashboards, reports, and insights. The role combines analytics, reporting, and procurement support, with a strong focus on Excel, Power BI, automation, and data quality.
You’ll work across multiple systems and teams, so strong communication skills are key.

3–5 years in data analytics, reporting or finance-related role
Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Query, Power Automate, Power BI) and comfortable working with large datasets and multiple systems
Strong analytical thinking & attention to detail
Good understanding of finance/procurement
Excellent communication skills in English
Experience with automation tools

Build and develop dashboards & reporting (Excel, Power BI)
Work with large datasets (data extraction, validation, automation)
Drive process improvements using Power Query, Power Automate & AI tools
Ensure data accuracy in procurement systems (GSTT)
Turn data into clear insights for business stakeholders
Collaborate across teams and support financial reporting
