Sales Support Analyst Praha

For our client, a leading global technology company, we are looking for a Sales Support Analyst to help sales teams across the EMEA region manage quoting processes and resolve system-related issues. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy analytical work, have a strong attention to detail, and are interested in developing their Salesforce CPQ expertise.

Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
1–3 years of professional experience in Sales Operations, Business Support, or a related field.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Experience with Salesforce; knowledge of Salesforce CPQ is a strong advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate work.

Create and maintain quotes in Salesforce CPQ.
Resolve quote, booking, and system-related issues.
Support sales teams across the EMEA region.
Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
Troubleshoot system errors and provide timely solutions.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve operational efficiency.
